New Beginner Level 3 in July 2011!
The final level for Beginner is going to start this week!! This level concentrates on the slow undulation movements of the upper body and lower body. Learn to do figure-8s, circles, undulations, etc. We welcome students that are willing to brush up their techniques or just for revision purposes! New adventurous challenge seeking students are welcomed to try out, as well.
